Denn: Das Leben, Handel und Wandel sollen ja weitergehen. Und solange Großbritannien EU-INLAND ist, sind diese Beziehungen FREI von belastenden Abgrenzungsregeln.

Ab 2019 allerdings wird BREXIT-GB dadurch zu EU-Ausland – auch Schottland und Irland/Nordirland.

Ab 2019 können EU-Bürger nicht mehr frei reisen und schon gar nicht, wie bisher, in England arbeiten oder einfach umziehen und Wohnsitz nehmen. Weder Sozialversicherungen noch KFZ-Haftpflichtverträge, weder Nahrungskennzeichnung noch irgendwelche Sicherheitsnormen, Rechtsstaatsverfahren, Grenzregime u.u.u. – quasi NICHTS wird noch zwischen BRÜSSEL und LONDON normgesichert, harmonisiert und koordiniert sein, wie bisher.

Was bleibt, sind die Lebensregularieren Kaufvertrag und Gerichtsstreit. Doch schon die Verfahren sind verschieden. Jeder hat dann alle eigenen Normen und Regelungen – was bleibt ist definitiv der HARTE, UNGEREGLETE EXIT GBs aus der EU.

Es sei denn, es gelingt bis dahin weichere Regeln zu entwickeln und mit der EU zu treffen.

Doch die Briten, die sich für den harten EXIT engagieren, wollen gerade Pflichten gegenüber BRÜSSEL-Steuerung und BRÜSSEL-Kontrolle und BRÜSSEL-Sanktionen loswerden, eben keinerlei EU-Regeln nach dem EXIT.

Wenn das so für GB gegenüber BRÜSSEL positioniert wird, dann wird GB einen so weichen EXIT bekommen, der weiter so frei und unverändert bleibt, wie bisher als EU-Vollmitgliedstaat GB. Doch dann wird GB auch weiterhin alle Pflichten behalten, wie bisher.

Nur – bei diesem weichen REMAIN bleiben zwar alle EU-Freihandels-Modalitäten, jedoch büßt GB durch den staatsrechtlichen EXIT alle Mitbestimmungsrechte ein, die bisher durch die Vollmitgliedschaft in der EU dazu gehörten ein.

Dietmar Moews meint: Inzwischen wissen alle ernsthaften EXIT-Diskutanten, dass die Nachteile und Kosten für GB durch einen harten BREXIT schockierend groß sein werden.

Doch ein weicher EXIT, der ein REMAIN ohne Mitbestimmung würde, ist ja einfach nur eine blanke Statusverschlechterung. Und der BREXIT-Beschluss der Briten wird ein unglaubliches Selbsttor.

Ob jetzt die britischen Parteien und die weiteren GB-Staaten, Irland, Schottland hier dringend in die EXIT-Diskussion eingreifen, ob die Engländer selbst noch die Kurve kriegen und eine neue EXIT-Abstimmung herbeiführen und der BREXIT abgeblasen wird, scheint jetzt tatsächlich zum Vernunftgebot zu werden.

Die Deutschen und die EU in Brüssel würden den REMAIN GBs jederzeit – auch noch kurzfristig – begrüßen.

Die EU könnte dann weiter mit 28, also mit England, Schottland, Wales, Irland usw. an der ZUKUNFT der noch zu verbessernden EU-Integration mitwirken.
