Gottfried Böttger, geboren am 21. Dezember 1949 in Hamburg, ist jetzt 67-jährig, am 16. Oktober 2017 in Hamburg gestorben. Er war ein Boogie-Woogie und Ragtime-Pianist. Gottfried Böttger erlag einer schweren Krebserkrankung in einer Hamburger Klinik.

Böttger erhielt ab 1955 eine klassische Klavierausbildung, 1957 hatte er sein erstes öffentliches Konzert. 1969 gründete er nach dem Abitur am Wilhelm-Gymnasium Hamburg mit Uli Salm und Ulf Krüger die Jazz-Pop-Gruppe Leinemann, er spielte mit dem Jazz- und Schlagersänger Peter Sauer/auch Peter Petrel in Jazzclubs, 1971 veröffentlichte er die Solo-Schallplatte Gottfried goes happy, 1973 erfolgten die Gründung der Rentnerband und des Panikorchesters mit Udo Lindenberg. 1974 nahm er unter dem Pseudonym „Raggi Ragtime“ eine deutsche Version des Ragtime-Hits The Entertainer aus dem Film Der Clou auf.

Viele Jahre hat Gottfried Böttger außerdem als Vollmitglied der GEMA, speziell für den Einsatz der IT und den fortschrittlichen musikalischen Urheber- und Folgerechten, im erweiterten Board und im Vorstand der Deutsche GEMA mitgearbeitet.

Seit 1997 war er Dozent für Mediendidaktik in der Studienrichtung Medieninformatik im Fachbereich Informatik an der Fachhochschule Anhalt und wurde dort später zum Honorarprofessor für Digitale Audiotechnik berufen. In der Fernseh-Talkshow III nach 9 von Radio Bremen war Böttger seit der ersten Sendung am 19. November 1974 ständiger Pianist.

Dietmar Moews meint: Ich hatte den tollen Pianisten 1968 im „Moby Dick“ / „Folkloreclub“ Hannover kennengelernt und oft in Konzerten gehört. Er war auch Ansprechmann bei den GEMA-Versammlungen, wo anfangs der 2000er Jahre noch das IT-Mittelalter herrschte.

Blockparteien täuschen Koalitionsverhandlungen vor

Diese Blockparteien brauchen gar keine feste Regierungskoalition zu bilden. Der Block würde auch als Minderheitenregierung funktionieren, denn sie fummeln ohnehin alle unter den INTERESSEN herum.

Das Gerede von JAMAIKA ist schädlich und peinlich – wie jede Verniedlichung bei öffentlichen ernsten wichtigen Anliegen. Schon die Taufe von Wetterlagen oder Wirbelstürmen ist idiotisch wie die Farbzuweisungen von SCHWARZ = CDU und SCHWARZ = CDU, GELB und GRÜN, wieso denn GELB? wieso nicht ROSA? PEPITA, NETZGIRAFFE, TEAKHOLZ-VELLOURS.

Im Bundestag findet seit den Großen Koalitionen keine Oppositions-Debatte mehr statt. Ob SPD oder CDU/CSU – alle definieren sich als MITTE. Da saß die FDP und wollte auch die MITTE sein. Und die GRÜNEN rücken seit ihrer Gründung her in die politische Mitte – weil da die meisten Wählerstimmen zu holen sind. So etwa saß auch die DDR-Volkskammer einstimmig beisammen.

BLOCKPARTEIEN haben nunmehr nach der Bundestagswahl 2017 einige rechnerische Möglichkeiten zu koalieren um eine Bundesregierung zu bilden.

Neben der bekannten Großen Koalition, der jetzt der Wahlverlierer SPD-Schulz abgesagt hat, kommen verschiedene Mehrheitsmöglichkeiten in Frage. Dafür beginnt jeweils diejenige Fraktion, die die meisten Stimmen erhalten hatte – das war die CDU, folglich die Spitzenkandidatin Bundeskanzlerin Dr. Angela Merkel.

Wegen der inzwischen eingeschobenen Landtagswahl in Niedersachsen, wurden die sogenannten Sondierungen für die neue Bundesregierung zunächst noch aufgeschoben.

Aber während die Wahrheitspresse täglich behauptete, es sei dringend, schnell die neue Bundesregierung zu bekommen, denn die deutsche Wirtschaft sähe sich ohne Klarheit auf ihrem Erfolgsweg behindert – TYPISCH WAHRHEITSPRESSE – behaupten irgendwas, ohne mal zu überlegen, ob das denn wahr sei.

Die Wahrheit ist, dass alle Blockparteien das, was sie MITTE nennen, für einen Koalitionsvertrag unterschreiben könnten. Denn die entscheidenden Qualitäten finden bei den Blockparteien keinerlei Varianz. Ob CDU/CSU, FDP oder GRÜNE wollen sie alle

NULL in jedem Fall uns den US-amerikanischen Vorgaben der IT-Technologie zu unterwerfen sowie die it-rechtlichen US-Normen anzuerkennen, das Deutsche Urheberrecht gegen das US-amerikanische COPY-Right abzuschaffen und das totale amerikanische Datensammlungs-Monopol hinzunehmen.

EINS Alle wollen das GUTE und sind gegen das BÖSE.

ZWEI Ökologie und Ökonomie miteinander abstimmen.

DREI Die Großkonzerne und die multinationalen INTERESSEN immer abzunicken

VIER Das deutsche Vorsorgeprinzip gegen die US-amerikanische Schadensersatz-Kultur über privatwirtschaftliche Gerichtsbarkeit aufzugeben.

Keinesfalls die Verfassungspflicht zur Landesverteidigung zu erfüllen, sondern – egal was es kostet – die Unterwerfung unter US-amerikanische WELT-Polizei fortzusetzen, weil sie Deutschlands Verteidigung ohne US-Militär unvorstellbar finden.

FÜNF Die großen US-DOLLAR-KARTELLE fortzusetzen – die US-DOLLAR-Leitwährung, das Erdöl-Preis-Kartell fortzusetzen, US-HANDELSNORMEN zu fördern.

SECHS Nun kann auch summarisch erkannt werden, dass alle Blockparteien weder den Föderalismus noch den Etatismus verteidigen wollen, wenn neokapitalistische Amerikanismen importiert werden können.

Dietmar Moews meint: Alle BLOCKPARTEIEN kämpfen nun nach dem Wahlkampf erneut, weil sie alle die gleichen Wähler der willenlosen „INTERESSEN“-Hinnehmer für sich reklamieren. Dafür müssen sie jetzt „hart“ verhandeln, „rote Linien“ ziehen und „Glaubwürdigkeit“ beim gegenseitigen „Abtasten“ vorzutäuschen.

Der Witz der Witze ist dabei, dass so getan wird, als gäbe es zu den Blockparteien als Block eine Alternative einer NICHTBLOCK-KOALITION. GIBT ES NICHT.

Folglich können diese theatralischen „Sondierungen“ nicht scheitern, sondern schlimmstenfalls unfähige Ministerkandidaten auf die Fleischtöpfe rochieren lassen.

ALLE BLOCKPARTEIEN – egal ob CDU, CSU, SPD, FDP, GRÜNE – sind

abendländisch CHRISTLICH

alle definieren sich selbst ausdrücklich als

nicht moslemisch-orthodox

liberal

sozial

demokratisch

sozialdemokratisch

patriarchalisch mit Gendermode

kleinbürgerlich-entsolidarisierend

erleichterungsbestrebt und leistungsscheu

Mobbing, Drückebergerei und Schweigespirale

alle lehnen „rechtsnationale“ Ziele ab, über die sie selbst zugleich der AfD die Wähler abnehmen wollen (die rechte Flanke schließen).

Da liegt also die sogenannte Mitte aller Blockparteien; sie sind sich ihrer Wähler völlig unsicher und schwimmen, weil Jeder Jedes machen könnte.

Der deutsche Vulgärmaterialismus und die sozialdarwinistische Grundbildung machen aus den BLOCKPARTEIEN-Propagandisten geradezu Werbetexter, Literaten und Sprachkünstler. Sie versuchen ständig zwischen Wahrheit, Lügen und Bullshit Eigennutz durch Slogans rhetorische Situationsvorteile zu finden.

Der Waffenkonsum im Syrienkrieg mit westlichen Baureihen auf allen Seiten, deutsches Giftgas beim Syrer Assad, deutsche Patriot Luftabwehrraketen bei den Türken, amerikanische und deutsche Ausbilder bei der kurdischen Peschmerga, US-Drohnen und Panzer bei Irak und Türkei, israelische Luftangriffe auf Damaskus, zuletzt jetzt die Vertreibung der Kurden aus ihrer Region, aus der sie 2004 die ISIS vertrieben hatten, nachdem die irakische Armee das eigene Land nicht verteidigt hatte.

Die Amerikaner und auch die Deutschen benehmen sich unmoralisch und kriegslüstern, Alles unter dem Vorwand des Heimatschutzes, gegen ISIS-Terror in Deutschland und in USA. (Dahinter ruht die unausgesprochene Annahme, dass Deutschland außerhalb des USA-Bündnisses unverteidigbar sei).

Jetzt ist also das ISIS-Kalifat vernichtet, die Hauptstädte Raqqa in Syrien und auch Kirkuk im kurdischen Nordirak wurden von den aufgelösten ISIS-Verbände gesäubert, sodass nunmehr die mobile Führung der ISIS angekündigt hat, zukünftig als Guerilla weiter die Herrschaft erstreiten zu wollen.

Die New York Times, die eine amerikanisch-jüdische Tageszeitung ist, mit ganz klarer militaristischer Parteilichkeit für die USA und für ISRAEL, hat den jüngsten Entwicklungen Im Irak umfangreiche Kommentare zur publizistischen Seite gestellt.

Insgesamt muss man wissen, dass die aktuell auf den vier angrenzenden Staatsgebieten – des Südostens von Türkei/Anatolien, des Ostens von Syrien, des Westens von Iran und des Nordostens von Irak – angestammten Kurden über keine eigenstaatliche Lebensform verfügen.

Zusammenfassend gesehen ist die Lage der Kurden, die ja unbestreitbar kulturell, ethnisch, sprachlich und politisch durch Selbstbilder und Fremdbilder als Gemeinschaft anzusprechen sind, in der gegenwärtigen machtpolitischen Lage überwiegend benachteiligt. Ob seitens des Irans, der Amerikaner über Bagdad, seitens ISIS mit Saudi-Arabischen und us-amerikanischen Waffenhilfen, seitens Syriens und der russischen Militärparteilichkeit auf Seiten Assads wie auch seitens der Türkei und Erdogans, der die Kurden in Anatolien maximal diskriminiert, werden die politischen Interessen der Kurden für ein Kurdistan missachtet.

Nach der Vernichtung der irakischen Staatlichkeit unter Saddam Hussein konnten die Kurden von ERBIL (Nordirak) mit den kurdischen Militärkampftruppen Peschmerga die nordirakischen Ölquellen „retten“ und von ISIS befreien. Hierbei haben die Kurden als Infanteristen ihre Köpfe für die Amerikaner hingehalten, die mit dem Kalifat ISIS nicht fertig wurden. Und jetzt, nachdem die Dreckarbeit gegen ISIS getan ist, werden die Kurden durch höchstausgerüstete Irak-USA-Einmarsch-Truppen aus Kirkuk und von den lebenswichtigen Ölquellen vertrieben.

Wir werden unter Umständen weitere Vertreibungsaktivitäten erleben, sollte die irakische Armee aus Bagdad, mit den USA in der politischen Regie, auch im gesamten nordirakischen Kurdistan, mit der Hauptstadt Erbil, das nordirakische „Kurdistan“ völlig überwältigen.

Bis heute sind die Kurden kampflos vor der irakischen Invasion zurückgewichen. Doch – und hier liegt das Problem auf der kurdischen Seite – die Kurden sind sich nicht einig. Nicht alle wollten, dass die Peschmerga kampflos sich verdrängen ließen.

Und alle Kurden, ob Syrien, Türkei, Iran oder Irak, sind sich vielfältig uneinig. sodass es zu keiner klaren kurdischen Positionierung kommen kann. Z. B. gibt es in der Türkei verschiedene kurdische Entitäten und Parteien, sogar die PKK-Untergrund-Miliz, aber auch Kurden als Regierungsmitglieder der Erdogan-Regierung.

Its de facto capital is falling. Its territory has shriveled from the size of Portugal to a handful of outposts. Its surviving leaders are on the run.

But rather than declare the Islamic State and its virulent ideology conquered, many Western and Arab counterterrorism officials are bracing for a new, lethal incarnation of the jihadi group.

The organization has a proven track record as an insurgency able to withstand major military onslaughts, while still recruiting adherents around the world ready to kill in its name.

Islamic State leaders signaled more than a year ago that they had drawn up contingency plans to revert to their roots as a guerrilla force after the loss of their territory in Iraq and Syria. Nor does the group need to govern cities to inspire so-called lone wolf terrorist attacks abroad, a strategy it has already adopted to devastating effect in Manchester, England, and Orlando, Fla.

“Islamic State is not finished,” said Aaron Y. Zelin, who studies jihadi movements at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy. “I.S. has a plan, and that is to wait out their enemies locally in order to gain time to rebuild their networks while at the same time provide inspiration to followers outside to keep fighting their enemies farther away.’”

Even with the news on Tuesday that American-backed forces said they had captured Raqqa, the capital of the group’s self-declared caliphate, European counterterrorism officials were worrying about sleeper cells that may have been sent out well before the battlefield losses mounted.

In Iraq, where the group that became the Islamic State took root, security officials are bracing for future waves of suicide attacks against civilians. And even if governments are able to head off organized plots like the Paris attacks of 2015, officials around the globe concede that they have almost no way of stopping lone wolf assaults inspired or enabled by Islamic State propaganda that lives online.

“It is clear that we are contending with an intense U.K. terrorist threat from Islamist extremists,” Andrew Parker, the director of Britain’s MI5 intelligence service, said in a speech on Tuesday. “That threat is multidimensional, evolving rapidly, and operating at a scale and pace we’ve not seen before.”

American and European counterterrorism officials acknowledge that they do not know the exact capabilities the Islamic State retains, or how much the appeal of the group’s ideology has been dented by its string of heavy military defeats.

Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, predicted last month that the loss of territory would precipitate a loss of credibility. “We’ll continue to see reduction in territory, reduction in freedom of movement, reduced resources and less credibility in the narrative,” he told a Senate hearing.

Others are less sanguine. They point to a speech by the Islamic State spokesman Abu Muhammed al-Adnani, before his death in an American drone strike last year, urging the group’s followers to fight on as a lean, agile insurgency instead of the bureaucratic juggernaut it had become.

“True defeat is the loss of willpower and desire to fight,” he said. “We would be defeated and you victorious only if you were able to remove the Quran from the Muslims’ hearts.” …

…The first major attack in the United States claimed by ISIS, a foiled shooting at a Texas community center in 2015, was directed this way, according to a recent assesment by the Defense Intelligence Agency.

The Islamic State may also have undercover operatives or sleeper cells outside the Middle East. Senior American officials said last year that the group had sent hundreds of operatives to Europe and hundreds more to Turkey.

And the group has continued to sow chaos even as it has lost territory. In 2017 alone, it has claimed responsibility for three terrorist attacks in Britain that killed 37 people, the Istanbul nightclub bombing on New Year’s Eve that killed 39 people, and strikes in more than seven other countries.

As the group was losing Mosul, Iraq’s second-largest city, in August, it sent a van tearing through crowds in the heart of Barcelona, killing 13 people and loudly declaring its continued relevance.

It is also premature to assert that the Islamic State is running out of territory. While its footprint has shrunk in Iraq and Syria, it still controls close to 4,000 square miles along the Euphrates River Valley on both sides of the Iraq-Syria border. American and Iraqi military commanders believe the group’s core leaders have gone to ground in the largely barren areas along the border.

At the same time, ISIS branches in North Africa and Asia are still launching operations, and its camps in eastern Afghanistan remain largely intact, despite recent American airstrikes.

Some areas that were previously declared liberated have seen a return of ISIS fighters. In Libya, where the group was routed from a 100-mile stretch of coastline in late 2016, the militants recently posted a video showing their fighters manning a new checkpoint. And far from its roots in the Middle East, the group continues to grow in other corners of the world, including in the Philippines, where a local affiliate held the town of Marawi for month, and in West Africa, where the militants continue to grow their ranks, encroaching on areas formerly under Al Qaeda’s grasp.

If the Islamic State does decline, other jihadi organizations are poised to fill the vacuum.

Al Qaeda, whose appeal to young fighters had been largely been eclipsed by the tech-savvy new caliphate of the Islamic State, is vying for a comeback.

“The reason that the I.S. gained a big following quickly was that it appealed to the hotheads, those looking for instant gratification,” said Bill Roggio, a senior fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies who monitors terrorist groups. “That caliphate model is all gone, but Al Qaeda remains.” …

Das ist schofelig, mit der brachialen Waffenübermächtigkeit die Lebensräume der Kurden zu stückeln und dafür angeblich die Sicherheit der USA vor ISLAM-Terror zu schützen (die Kurden sind nicht moslemisch-orthodox, sondern sehr verschieden religiös, überwiegend laizistisch orientiert).

The Iraqi military operation to retake the disputed areas was aided by an agreement with a Kurdish faction to withdraw from them peacefully.

The territorial surrender, and its economic importance, raised new doubts about the political future of the Kurdish president, Massoud Barzani, the driving force behind the referendum, who was clearly outmaneuvered by the Iraqi prime minister, Haider al-Abadi.

At a news conference in Baghdad on Tuesday, Mr. Abadi said the referendum “is finished and has become a thing of the past.”

Mr. Barzani and other supporters of the referendum “took a very bad situation and made it worse,” said Denise Natali, a Middle East specialist at the National Defense University in Washington.

“Barzani badly miscalculated,” she said. “He played it all wrong.” In his first public statement since Iraqi forces launched the takeover operation early Monday, Mr. Barzani blamed members of the rival Kurdish faction for having withdrawn from contested areas and said that had “unilaterally paved the way for the attack.”

Mr. Barzani seemed to warn Baghdad not to advance beyond those areas. “All resources will be allocated for the security and stability of the Kurdistan Region,” the statement said.

Nonetheless, it was unclear how much support Mr. Barzani had to back up his bluster. He is isolated in the Kurdish region, where Baghdad has cut off international flights. Iran and Turkey have moved to erase Kurdish control of border crossings.
