Es sei sehr schwierig, einen Amtsinhaber zu besiegen. Das habe er selbst vor zwölf Jahren gemerkt. Damals unterlag Niinistö bei der Präsidentenwahl als Herausforderer in einer Stichwahl.

Im zweiten Versuch, bei der Wahl 2012, gelang dem Konservativen dann der Sieg. In seiner ersten Amtszeit pflegte er vor allem die Beziehungen zum großen Nachbarn Russland und zu den USA.

Sein deutlicher Sieg jetzt zeige, dass er sein Mandat nach Ansicht der meisten Finnen gut genutzt habe, sagte Niinistö am Wahlabend. „Ich glaube nicht, dass es Grund gibt, es in Zukunft anders zu nutzen.“

Dieses Mal trat Niinistö allerdings nicht für eine Partei, sondern als unabhängiger Kandidat an. Zusammen mit einem weiteren unabhängigen Kandidaten kam er auf rund 70 Prozent der Stimmen.

Das müsse den Parteien zu denken geben, sagten Experten im finnischen Rundfunk.

Der Grüne Haavisto gratulierte dem Amtsinhaber bereits, als noch nicht einmal die Hälfte der Stimmen ausgezählt war. Anders als 2012 konnte er diesmal keine Stichwahl erkämpfen.

Keiner der anderen Kandidaten kam auf mehr als sieben Prozent. Auf dem dritten Platz landete mit 6,9 Prozent Laura Huhtasaari von der rechtspopulistischen Partei Die Finnen, die sich als Fan von US-Präsident Donald Trump und Brexit-Befürworterin zeigt.

Nach der politischen Spannung durch die Wahl wird es für Präsident Niinistö nun privat aufregend. Der 69-Jährige erwartet mit seiner zweiten Frau in wenigen Wochen ein Baby. Er hat eine turbulente persönliche Geschichte, überlebte nach dem Tod seiner ersten Frau als alleinerziehender Witwer mit seinen zwei Kindern 2004 nur knapp den Tsunami in Thailand.

4,6 Millionen Finnen waren wahlberechtigt. Im Jahr 1995 trat Finnland der EU bei und unterzeichnete die Lissabon-Entwürfe.

Mit der besonders nordischen Mentalität und der geografischen Situation und den besonderen Erfahrungen mit den skandinavischen Nachbarn, mit Westeuropa und den Deutschen und mit Russland und der Sowjetunion, sollten die Europäer immer besonders aufmerksam auf politische Zeichen aus Finnland hören.

Daneben ist Finnland ein interessantes Beispiel eines militärisch eher schwachen Staats, eine gewisse Neutralität zu wahren. Auch nach dem Zusammenbruch der Sowjetunion und dem Ende des Kalten Krieges hält Finnland an der Allianzfreiheit fest, doch ist die Doktrin der strikten Neutralität einer aktiven Westpolitik gewichen. So kooperiert Finnland seit 1994 im Rahmen der Partnerschaft für den Frieden und seit 1997 als Mitglied des Euro-Atlantischen Partberschaftsrats mit der NATO. Finnische Soldaten sind derzeit für die von der NATO geführten Sicherungstruppen im Kosovo (KFOR) und Afghanistan (ISAF) im Einsatz. Mit dem Beitritt zur Europäischen Union 1995 und dem Bekenntnis zur gemeinsamen Sicherheits- und Verteidigungspolitik trat das Land zwar keinem eigentlichen Militärbündnis bei, stellte aber dennoch seine Sicherheitspolitik und damit auch seine Streitkräfte in den Dienst supranationaler Interessen. Am 1. Januar 2006 nahmen erstmals finnische Soldaten an einem Kampfverband der EU teil und standen für Einsätze im Sinne der Petersberg-Aufgaben bereit.

Die Möglichkeit eines NATO-Beitritts war eines der umstrittensten Themen in der finnischen Öffentlichkeit. Die ehemalige Präsidentin Tarja Halonen sah in dieser Frage keinen Handlungsbedarf; eine Mehrheit der Finnen stand einer NATO-Mitgliedschaft ablehnend gegenüber.

Nicht nur Affen wurden experimentell Abgasen ausgesetzt, im Universitätsklinikum Aachen soll es auch Inhalationstests mit Menschen gegeben haben.

Mit Geld der Autolobby wurden offenbar nicht nur Abgastests an Tieren durchgeführt, sondern auch an Menschen. Der Auto-Forschungsverband „Europäische Forschungsvereinigung für Umwelt und Gesundheit im Transportsektor“ (EUGT) habe ein Experiment gefördert, bei dem sich Probanden dem Reizgas Stickstoffdioxid (NO2) ausgesetzt hätten, berichtet die Stuttgarter Zeitung.

Den Berichten zufolge soll die von den Konzernen VW, Daimler und BMW gegründete EUGT eine „Kurzzeit-Inhalationsstudie mit Stickstoffdioxid bei gesunden Menschen gefördert“ haben. Dies stehe in einem als Tätigkeitsbericht für die Jahre 2012 bis 2015 herausgegebenen Report. Dabei seien an einem Institut des Universitätsklinikums Aachen 25 Personen untersucht worden, nachdem sie jeweils über mehrere Stunden NO2 in unterschiedlichen Konzentrationen eingeatmet hätten.

Daimler distanziert sich.

Laut der EUGT wurde keine Wirkung festgestellt. Institutsleiter Thomas Kraus habe jedoch davon abgeraten, das Ergebnis für eine Entwarnung zu instrumentalisieren. Zum einen ließen sich die Befunde nicht auf die gesamte Bevölkerung übertragen, zum anderen sei Stickstoffdioxid nur ein Teil der gesamten Luftbelastung.

Der Daimler-Konzern erklärte der Stuttgarter Zeitung , er verurteile die Versuche „auf das Schärfste“ und distanziere sich von der EUGT. Deren Vorgehen widerspreche den Werten und ethischen Prinzipien des Unternehmens. Auch wenn Daimler keinen Einfluss auf den Versuchsaufbau gehabt habe, habe man eine umfassende Untersuchung eingeleitet. Auch BMW distanzierte sich von den Versuchen.
Die EUGT wurde laut VW 2007 als unabhängiges Forschungsinstitut gegründet und im Sommer 2017 aufgelöst. Neben Volkswagen waren Daimler, BMW und Bosch an der Finanzierung beteiligt. Die EUGT war zuletzt wegen eines Abgas-Experiments mit Affen in den USA in die Kritik geraten, für das sich VW inzwischen entschuldigt hat.

Mitte September 2015: Die US-Umweltschutzbehörde EPA beschuldigt den Volkswagen-Konzern, Diesel-PKWs der Baujahre 2009 bis 2015 mit einer Software ausgestattet zu haben, die die Prüfungen auf US-amerikanische Umweltbestimmungen austrickst. Zu ähnlichen Untersuchungsergebnissen ist auch das California Air Resources Board (CARB) gekommen. Beide Behörden schicken Beschwerden an VW. (Im Bild: Zentrale der EPA in Washington D.C.)

Zu dem Zeitpunkt der Menschen- und Affenversuche war der Autozulieferer Bosch nach derzeitigen Erkenntnissen nicht mehr Mitglied des Forschungsvereins, im Gegensatz zu VW, Daimler und BMW. Diese drei Hersteller waren in der Regel mit Konzernmanagern im Vorstand des Vereins vertreten, der sich bei näherem Betrachten als Lobby-Truppe für den Diesel mit wissenschaftlicher Fassade erweist.

Die in Berlin ansässige Vereinigung hatte 2013 das Forschungsinstitut Lovelace Biomedical (LRRI) in Albuquerque, New Mexico mit den Untersuchungen bei Affen zu Dieselabgasen beauftragt. Im Mai 2015 führte das Labor die Studie durch. Es war der VW-Manager James L., der jüngst in den USA wegen Verstrickung in den Dieselskandal zu mehr als drei Jahren Haft verurteilt wurde, der damals persönlich einen VW Beetle zum Labor chauffiert habe, heißt es in US-Gerichtsakten.

Daruber hinaus muss auch Dobrindt davon gewusst haben, weil er es war der die Sammelklagen gegen die Autobauer mutwillig verhindert hat laut Sueddeutscher Zeitung:

Mit wenigen Worten und gleich vier Ausrufezeichen machte Verkehrsminister Alexander Dobrindt (CSU) deutlich, was er von der Idee hielt, deutschen Verbrauchern eine Art Sammelklage gegen Unternehmen zu ermöglichen. Nichts, aber auch gar nichts.

Dobrindts bislang öffentlich nicht bekannter Eingriff erklärt, warum beim Verbraucherschutz seither nichts mehr vorangegangen ist. Erst jetzt, nachdem Verbraucherverbände Druck machen und Medien das Thema aufgreifen, will das Justizministerium plötzlich doch einen Gesetzentwurf für eine Musterklage vorlegen, um zu testen, ob die Union weiter blockiert. Oder ob Fortschritte beim Verbraucherschutz vor der nächsten Bundestagswahl in knapp einem Jahr noch möglich sind. Jetzt sagt Dobrindt auf Anfrage auf einmal, er sei „offen“ für eine Musterklage.

Es geht um die technischen Anwendungen der digital-elektronischen Vernetzungen, die aufgrund der heutigen BigData-Maschinen mehr Daten über und zu einem Menschen erfassen, speichern und operationalisieren, als irgendein Mensch selbst von sich fassen, geschweige denn zu seinen Lebenszielen emotional und rational aggregieren und nutzen könnte.

Und es überschreitet das Fachwissen des normalen Nutzers, wo bereits Informatiker oder Mediendesigner aufgrund der spezialisierten Operationsfelder passen müssen.

Big DATA ist mehr als BIG BROTHER.

Wer also in die heutige IT-Welt von Smart HOME und Smart PHONE hineinlebt und lediglich tut, was alle machen, wird auch die technischen Möglichkeiten des Schutzes kennenlernen und bei seinen IT-Haushaltsgeräten, bei seinen alltäglichen Kommunikationsnetzwerken und so weiter im Rahmen der Alltagsnormalität nicht begreifen können, in welche Risiken er fällt, solte es ihn oder sie mal zufällig treffen.

Das weitet sich mit dem SMART HOME oder dem KI-Kühlschrank – wer so blöde ist.

Dadurch werden einige Gefahren aufgezeigt – wieviel mehr an Daten geben wir unbewusst preis oder was geben unsere Geräte freiwillig preis – um dann einige Techniken zu zeigen wie man sich zumindest

– anonyme Nutzung,

– lokale Speicherung.

Wer dann noch Appetit hat, sich über die Geheimdienste und deren Umgang mit Daten aufklären zu lassen, braucht Nerven wie Drahtseile. Denn es liegt auf der Hand, dass unser STAAT alle BÜRGER mit ÜBERWACHUNG entrechtet und zugleich permanent mit staatlichen Verschwörungstheorien die öffentliche Ordnung und den Rechtsstaat vernichten.

Sobald etwa zehn Prozent aller Internetz-Semantiken anonym ausgebracht werden, lassen sich sehr viele Missbräuche nicht mehr verlässlich hochrechnen.

Z. B. wenn jemand auf meiner Kennnummer Pornos anschaut, bringt es dem Datenauswerter nichts, mir Pornokonsumartikel einzustellen, weder Kinderporno, noch Viagra, noch Latexanzüge interessieren mich. Wenn auf meiner GMX-Startseite für meine GMX-Freemail Produktwerbung platziert wird, ist das immer eine sehr komische Michung von Produkten – definitiv stets Sachen die ich weder in Suchmaschinen ansteuere, noch Produkte, die ich über Internetz-Versand einkaufe.

Der ursprünglich aus Aachen (Nordrhein-Westfalen) stammende Bayer,Thomas Dreßen (24), landete heute einen Sensationssieg auf der Streif, einer der attraktivsten und gefährlichsten alpine, Abfahtstrecken der Welt in Kitzbühel, Tirol-Österreich,

Der schwerste Fahrer ist der schnellste (wenn er steht).

Hinter Dreßen, konnte auf den Tag genau 39 Jahre nach Sepp Ferstl (63), dem bisher letzten deutschen Streif-Sieger, auf der berühmtesten und berüchtigsten Abfahrt der Welt triumphieren.
Thomas Dreßen ist etwa 100-Kilo schwer. Aufgewachsen in Mittenwald. Jetzt wohnt er in Gmunden am Traunsee. Lebt dort mit Freundin Birgit (24) und fährt in der Freizeit Harley. Dreßen triumphiert auf der Streif. Bei seinem zweiten Start überhaupt. Erstmals kommt er ins Ziel. Und das gleich als Sieger.

Paul Bocuse war mit der so genannten „nouvelle cuisine“ stilbildender Koch, Gastronom und Kochbuchautor. Sein Restaurant L’Auberge du Pont de Collonges (auch „ Paul Bocuse“ genannt) wird seit 1965 ohne Unterbrechung mit drei Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichnet. 1989 wurde er vom Gault-Millaut zum „Koch des Jahrhunderts“ ernannt. Paul Bocuse hatte viele Schüler, die selbst bekannte Köche wurden, unter anderen Eckart Witzigmann und Heinz Winkler.

Im Jahr 2008 gründete Bocuse in Ècully in der Nähe von Lyon das „Paul Bocuse Institut für Hotellerie und Kulinarische Kunst“, zu dem auch ein Forschungsinstitut gehört, das sich vor allem mit gesünderer Ernährung befasst.

Auf die Frage, wer denn koche, wenn er selbst gerade nicht da sei, sagte er: „Derselbe, der kocht, wenn ich da bin.“
In Deutschland wird Bocuse besonders mit dem Begriff der Nouvelle Cuisine in Verbindung gebracht. Sein fast 500 Seiten umfassendes Buch „Die neue Küche“ erschien 1977. Dem deutschen Fernsehpublikum wurde Paul Bocuse durch die Fernsehserie „Bocuse à la Carte: Französisch kochen mit dem Meister“ bekannt, die ab dem 15. September 1985 im ZDF in 13 Folgen gezeigt wurde. Die Rezepte wurden als Buch veröffentlicht.
. Kurz vor seinem 80. Geburtstag veröffentlichte er seine Memoiren: Le feu sacré ( Das heilige Feuer‘) . In dieser Autobiografie enthüllte er auch Details aus seinem Privatleben: Während vielen Jahren lebte er mit drei Frauen zusammen und unterhielt drei Haushalte. Mit seiner Ehefrau Raymonde, mit der er die Tochter Françoise hatte, war er seit 1946 verheiratet. Für den Musiker und Musikmensch sind sogar die Pausen Musik. Oder wie es John Lennon mal mit ausgestreckten Armen so hinfühlte und sagte: Alles ist Rhythmus, überall ist Rhythmus. Zwischenspiel, Solo, Brücken? – Come on now.

Mal sind es Klänge oder Klangstimmung. Mal ist es perkussiv. Mal sind es Tonintervalle oder Motive, aber auch Melodien. Aber auch kompositorische Gesamtbögen und Cluster. Bei der Chacarera ist es der synkopische Schweinsgalopp. Oft ist es eine Kleinigkeit, die den inneren Fähigkeiten eine Sonorität nahelegen. Wenn man sie unterdrücken will, spürt man wie stark sie im somatischen Grund herrschen können. Aber man kann sie austricksen. Man kann einen Ohrwurm überspielen. Wenn mir das Arpeggio von THE HOUSE OF THE RISING SUN tagelang das Nervensystem belastet, kann ich mit „THE MAN I LOVE“ und den schwierigeren Akkordveränderungen durch diese ganz andere Melodie meine Musikimagination umstimmen. Stunden Später kommt wieder ERIC BURDON hoch: „there is…“

Beatmusik war immer ganz einfach und schrill, am besten laut und Echohall. Dabei hatte man 1963 eher selten die Gelegenheit, laut Radio oder Platten zu hören. Das flache Klangspektrum kleiner Transistor-Batterie-Empfänger wurde zur ästhetischen Maßgabe des BEAT. Meist war es Viervierteltakt, oft auch Dreiviertel. Außer den Beatles brachte die frühe Beatmusik kaum Taktwechsel. (Mit „She loves you“ und „I want to hold your hand“ hatten die Beatles gleich mal die Maßstäbe versaut). Sehr große Welthits waren oft ganz banal amerikanischer Geschwindmarsch 4/4, wie „I can’t get no Satisfaction“.

Wenn eine solche Combobesetzung, Stimmen, Rhythmusgitarre, Melodiegitarre, Bassgitarre, Schlagzeug, erklang, war das zunächst Schlagermusik mit Brüllgesang (shout), Big Band-Schlagzeug und Crashbecken. In den Studioaufnahmen waren später oft Harmonien von Keyboard oder Streichorchester untergelegt. Dünne Stimmen wurden verdoppelt. Teilweise wurden sie Gesangsgruppen genannt: Beatles, Searchers, Hollies – da waren die Amerikaner Don und Phil Everly die Vorbilder des gleichwertigen Kontrapunktgesanges. Nur zaghaft kamen neue Elemente hinzu. Mundharmonika aus der Alpenfolklore wie vom Blues, Hawaiigitarre zur Ry Cooder-Bottlenecktechnik, irgendwann Blechbläser des Bebop und virtuose Solisten. Ohne besondere Vokalisten ging es gar nicht. Selbst Janis Joplin, später, wurde nicht durch Mobbing und kleine Titten berühmt, sondern wegen ihres gefühligen Stimmangriffes auf die Ohren.

Jugend musiziert, Buben stehen da vorne, Mädels mit toupierten Frisuren und schwarzen Charles Aznavour-Rollkragenpullovern schauen und schunkeln dazu – Cola war schon Partyzeichen. Marsch, Skiffle, Baladen, Walzer, Combo wie Friedel Hensch und die Zypries, Buddy Holly and the Crickets oder Bill Haley and the Comets. Elvis the Pelvis hatte ebenfalls zunächst eine Combo, noch mit akustischem Stehbass. Als es elektrisch wurde, hauten die Schlagzeuger aus den Armen heraus, mit dickeren Knüppeln in Fäusten. Schlaghosen (mit Kellerfalte).

Zur Beatzeit war eine Beatband – ganz anders als die Platten oder eine Tanzcombo -, nämlich viel lauter als Alles, was man von Radio oder Plattenspieler kannte.

Große Stereoboxen kamen viel später, als BEAT längst vorbei war. RARE BIRD war nicht schlecht, DEEP PURPLE in ROCK, wahnsinnig, KING CRIMSON, JETHRO TULL genial, PINK FLOYD kam langsam aus der Ecke, HENDRIX EXPERIENCE war der Neustart ins Bombastische, die Grenze von echt und unecht war erreicht.

Ich habe hier jetzt ganz typische tolle Beatstücke – von The Moody Blues, von Manfred Mann, von The Searchers und von The Kinks. Das ist aus der Anfangszeit der Combo-Ästhetik, 1964, mal mehr von den Everly Brothers gesanglich angefixt, mal mehr ein Sänger als Frontmann. „We had no drummer, we didn’t need a drummer. We had our coordinated movements“, sagte Ray Davies.

The Moody Blues aus Birmingham mit Ray Thomas, Flöte, Mike Pinder, Klavier, Denny Laine, Gitarre, Gesang, Graeme Edge , Schlagzeug, und Clint Warwick , Bass, „I t’s easy child“ aus dem Managementpaket von dem Liverpooler Beatlesmanager Brian Epstein. Es singt der Gitarrist Denn y La i ne, der später auch mit Paul McCartneys The Wings sang und spielte. Der Stones Manager Andrew Loog Oldham war Lehrling bei Epstein.

Hier, bei der Band des südafrikanischen Immigrantenkind Manfred in London, genannt Manfred Mann, war es der herausragende Vokalist Paul Jones. Später dann, bei vielen Manfred Mann-Hits sang Mike D’Abo. Manfred war der jazzbezogene Keyboarder und Arrangeur, dazu Mike Hugg, Schlagzeug, Klaus Voormann, Bass, Tom McGuiness, Gitarre – (diese waren „Manfred Mann Chapter I bzw. II“)

The Searchers waren neben Beatles und The Swinging Blue Jeans, aus Liverpool, The Hollies (auf Buddy Holly bezogen) aus Manchester, The Dave Clark Five und The Yardbirds, in London, 1962 bis 1964 „the coming thing“, die die britischen Charts erreichten, entgegen den Major-Companies . The Rolling Stones, The Animals, The Pretty Things, The Kinks – je nach dem, wer einen Power-Hit hatte, sahnte die Beachtung und die Sendezeiten ab, Mindbenders, Rory Storm and the Hurricans oder Merseybeat von Gerry and the Pacemakers aus Liverpool schafften es nicht wirklich. Erst dann kamen US-Amerikaner, The Beach Boys, The Byrds, viele Retortenproduktionen der „WRECKING CREW“ aus Los Angeles, irgendwann auch Bob Dylan als Band, Neil Young als Buffalo Springfield. Immer Combo-Besetzung mit entweder herausragender Vielstimmigkeit oder herausragender Solostimme. Inzwischen sind viele den irdischen Gang vorausgegangen, dem wir alle bald folgen (die verspätete EQUALS und Eddy Grant sangen 1968 reine Beatmusik, ohne Zwischenstück oder Solo: „I won’t be there, caus you’ve been gone“).

Die Liverpooler The Searchers , Mike Pender Gitarre Gesang , Chris Curtis Schlagzeug Gesang , Frank Allen Bassgitarre Gesang, John McNally Gitarre Gesang, (spielten bereits auf den legendären Fender- und Gibson-Gitarren, teils auf Burns) brachten eine unglaubliche Perlenkette von Stücken – das reichte von Twist and Shout (das alle spielten wie auch die Chuck Berry-Hammer) bis „He’s got no love“, das ich immer in einer Frittenbude drückte, weil es sonst nirgends zu hören war. „When you Walk in the Room „ sei besser als „ Needles and Pins „ meint der Searchers- Bass- Gitarrist Frank Allen. „ Saturday night out „ war auf der deutschen PYE-Single die B-Seite von NEEDLES AND PINS.

The Kinks – von North of London, Muswell Hill. Man findet Konk-Studio heute noch in den alten Räumen Tottenham Lane. Unglaubliche künstlerische Expression mit Mick Avory, Drums, Ray, Fender und Dave Davies, Gretsch, Gitarren und Gesang und Peter Quaife mit Gibson-Bass und Gesang. COME ON NOW ist das früheste Stück vom 17-jährigen Dave Davies, der hier seine unverwechselbare Stimme erstmalig zu Markte trug.

Wer die BEATMUSIK kennen will, muss sich in diese Auswahl eingehört haben. BEAT wird heute nirgends im Radio aufgeführt – es ist ein Skandal (weil die Redakteure einige Jahre zu jung sind).

Man kann den ästhetischen Bogen von THEM zum späteren VAN MORRISON als Beispiel nehmen, um das urwüchsige des BEATMUSIK-Wollens und -Könnens zum Alles zerfressenden Verlags- und Managementwesens in der Beatlemania, diese an sich neue Musik, zu fühlen – dass es ein furchtbarer Kampf für diese amateuristischen genialen BEATMUSIKER, hauptsächlich in London, war. Es entstanden sofort auch RETORTEN-Projekte und unbegrenzte Verlagsschiebereien: Larry Page, der Manager und Verleger der KINKS brachte DANDY mit HERMANS HERMITS in USA raus, es lief im Radio, bevor die KINKS, die dort auf Tour gingen, ihr ORIGINAL-DANDY in den Katalogen und Plattenläden hatten. Ähnlich ging es den KINKS mit Camouflage-Combos THE WHO und THE TROGGS, wo zunächst mächtig zur Benachteiligung der KINKS manipuliert wurde.
