Antoine „Fats“ Domino wurde am 26. Februar 1928 in New Orleans geboren und ist jetzt 89-jährig, am 24. Oktober 2017 in Harvey, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, USA, gestorben. Fats Domino war ein US-amerikanischer Pianist, Sänger und Songwriter im Bereich Boogie Woogie, Rock ’n‘ Roll, Rhythm-and-Blues und Piano-Blues. Er starb friedlich im eigenen Haus im Kreis seiner Familie.

Fats Domino steht in einer Reihe mit Rock-’n‘-Roll-Legenden wie Little Richard und Chuck Berry. Domino wurde 1986 in die Rock and Roll Hall of Fame und 2003 in die Blues Hall of Fame aufgenommen.

Da sich seine Ausdrucksweise kaum veränderte und Gruppen wie Beatles und Rolling Stones das Geschäft bestimmten, ließ Dominos Schallplatten-Erfolg ab Mitte der 1960er-Jahre nach. Letzter erwähnenswerter Erfolg war die Coverversion des Beatles-Stückes Lady Madonna 1968. Als Live-Performer aber war er bis in die 1990er-Jahre gefragt, auch auf Tourneen in Deutschland.

In den letzten Jahren zog sich Domino zunehmend ins Privatleben zurück. Ausnahme war ein alljährliches Konzert auf dem Musikfestival von New Orleans.

Santa Croce ist eine Franziskanerkirche in Florenz (das waren ursprünglich Armutsmönche). Die Grundsteinlegung 1294 soll einer Legende zufolge von dem Hl. Franz von Assisi, der Namenspatron des heutigen Papstes Franz, selbst vorgenommen worden sein. Santa Croce wird auch als „Pantheon von Florenz“ bezeichnet. Dies liegt allerdings nicht an ihrer Architektur, sondern daran, dass sich hier die Grabmäler von Machiavelli, Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei und Gioachino Rossini sowie Gedenkstätten für viele andere berühmte Italiener wie zum Beispiel Guglielmo Marconi befinden. Im Übrigen ist die Kirche in ihrer Anlage zwar von der klassischen Einfachheit franziskanischer Kirchenbauten geprägt, die hier allerdings ins Monumentale gesteigert ist, und mit Fresken von Giotto, Taddeo Gaddi und anderen Meistern ausgestattet. Santa Croce ist die größte und eine der bedeutendsten Franziskanerkirchen Italiens. Im Gegensatz zu den Zisterziensern, die einsame Tallagen für ihre Klöster bevorzugten, wählten die Dominikaner und die Franziskaner als Bettelorden lieber eine Lage am Rand der jeweiligen Stadt. Sie wollten keine kontemplative religiöse Versenkung, sondern in die Bevölkerung hinein agieren. Deswegen erreichten ihre Kirchen auch häufig beachtliche Größe. In ihnen bestattet zu werden, galt vielen als eine Garantie auf Erlösung von den Sünden, da hier die Mönche für sie beteten. Reiche Familien stifteten häufig große Kapellen und ließen sie prunkvoll ausstatten..

Die Grundsteinlegung soll nach einer Inschrift am 3. Mai 1295 stattgefunden haben, einige Historiker vermuten das Jahr 1294. Der Entwurf entstammte dem Architekten Arnolfo di Cambio, der ebenfalls den Dom Santa Maria del Fiore entwarf. Die Bauarbeiten am Chor und am Querhaus dauerten bis zum Jahr 1300. Um das Jahr 1385 wurde die Kirche bis auf die Fassaden fertiggestellt. Brunellesci entwarf die Cappella dei Pazzi am Kreuzgang südlich der Kirche, die die Familie Pazzi 1430 bauen ließ und die aber nie vollendet wurde. Im 16. Jahrhundert fing man mit dem Bau eines Campanile nach den Entwürfen von Francesco da Sangallo an. Der Turm wurde nie fertiggestellt, seine Reste wurden im Jahr 1854 abgebrochen. Die Arbeiten an den Fassaden beendete erst Nicola Matas im Jahr 1863.

Zusammen mit dem Dom und Santa Maria Novella, der Kirche des Dominikanerordens in Florenz, bildet Santa Croce den großartigen Dreiklang gotischer Sakralarchitektur in Florenz, die sich – im Vergleich mit der Gotik in Frankreich – durch eine andere Raumauffassung auszeichnet: weite Arkadenöffnungen zu den Seitenschiffen, darüber eine niedrige Lichtgadenzone, die in Santa Croce allerdings nicht durch ein Steingewölbe, sondern – das Stilideal der franziskanischen Einfachheit mehr zitierend als ihm entsprechend – durch ein offenes Sparrendach abgeschlossen wird. Das durchlaufende kräftige Konsolgesims betont den Eindruck der Lagerung, obwohl die lichte Höhe des Mittelschiffs mit 34,5 Meter größer ist als die von Notre-Dame in Paris und fast so groß wie die von Chartres und Reims.

In der Kirche befinden sich zahlreiche Meisterwerke italienischer Maler aus dem 14. Jahrhundert. So findet man z. B. ein Kruzifix, das Cimabue am Ende des 13. Jahrhunderts gestaltet hat. Der neue, am 24. September 2017 gewählte Deutsche Bundestag ist heute im Plenarsaal des Berliner Parlamentsgebäude (Reichstag) zusammengetreten und hat sich konstituiert.

Der Alterspräsident Otto Solms (FDP) eröffnete die Sitzung mit einer Ansprache und der Wahl des neuen Bundestagspräsidenten, wozu der nach Parlamentszugehörigkeit älteste Abgeordnete, vielfältiger Bundesminister, zuletzt Bundesfinanzminister, Dr. Wolfgang Schäuble (CDU), mit über 500 Stimmen, gegen über 100 Gegenstimmen und etlichen Enthaltungen, gewählt.

Ferner wurden auch die Stellvertreter des Bundestagspräsidenten in geheimer Abstimmung gewählt, für die jede Fraktion im Bundestag ein Vorschlagsrecht hat. Gewählt wurden folgende Abgeordnete:

In diese Rolle war Schäuble geraten, nachdem er die gesamte Bundeskanzlerkarriere von Dr. Helmut Kohl als engster Mitarbeiter und Berater für die CDU tätig war. Schäuble war Kohls designierter zukünftiger Kanzlerkandidat der CDU. Und war Kohls Nachfolger als Bundes-CDU-Vorsitzender.

Heute wurde also Dr. Wolfgang Schäuble zum Parlamentspräsidenten, während erstmalig die rechtsnationale AfD, mit der aktuell drittstärksten Bundestagsfraktion, vor Linken, FDP und Grünen, auf der rechten Seite der Parlamentssitzordnung Platz gegriffen hat.

Schäuble hielt eine kleine Ansprache zu seiner Wahl und seinem Amtsbeginn:

Schäuble sprach seinem Vorgänger Lammers Dank und Anerkennung aus, und fand wesentliche zusammenfassende Gedanken, dass die „Goldene Regel“ (Kants Kategorischer Imperativ) als Leitgedanke zu pflegen sei. dass jeder stets so handeln soll, wie es generell auf Gegenseitigkeit zum allgemeinen Gesetzt geschrieben werden könnte.

Der wichtigste Gedanke war von dem britischen Philosophen und Staatsrechtler John Rawls bezogen, nämlich das FAIRNESS praktiziert werden soll, statt nach GERECHTIGKEIT zu rufen. Das Parlament ist der Ort, wo politische Wertkonflikte und taktische und strategische Entscheidung durch Mehrheitsentscheidungen GERECHTIGKEIT als Verwirklichung von Wahrheitsrecht nicht liefern kann. Denn über Wahrheitsperspektiven zu dem Begriff GERECHTIGKEIT zu kommen besteht aus Sicht Andersdenkender stets aus SELBSTGERECHTIGKEIT.

Bei dem Vorsatz FAIRNESS wird man leichter die Kompromisse nachvollziehen können, die mehrheitlich entscheiden werden, allein weil die Bedeutung von SELBSTFAIRNESS immer akzeptabeler ist als Alles, was man mit SELBSTGERECHTIGKEIT fassen könnte.

Dietmar Moews meint: Konstitution des neuen Bundestages besteht in den nächsten Schritten in der Entlassung der bisherigen Regierungsamtsträger, der Minister. Ein weiteres Referendum, nach BREXIT, nach Kurden im Irak, nach Katalonien in Spanien, jetzt TIROL gegen ROM?

Nein – das hier jetzt gegenständliche Referendum wurde tatsächlich gestern abgeschlossen, bei 40 Prozent Wahlbeteiligung in der LOMBARDEI und bei etwa 45 Prozent Wahlbeteiligung in VENETIEN, ergab sich eine etwa 90 prozentige Zustimmung zu der Frage, ob die norditalienischen REGIONEN mehr AUTONOMIE verlangen wollen.

Mit mehr AUTONOMIE wird in Sonderheit auch gemeint, dass die Regionen geringere Finanz-Realüberträge an die Republik Italien, nach Rom, ständig zahlen müssen. Dabei sind die Autonomie-Sonderrechte der Region SÜDTIROL auch Hilfsargument für LOMBARDIA und VENETIEN.

Wahlbeteiligung als Gradmesser .. Viele in der Lombardei und in Venetien träumen davon, die gleichen Rechte wie Trentino-Südtirol, eine der Regionen mit Sonderstatut, zu erhalten … Man will mehr Kompetenzen in 23 Bereichen. wie Umwelt, Bildungswesen oder Beschäftigungspolitik. In erster Linie geht es um finanzielle Mittel. Die Lombardei erwirtschaftet 20 Prozent der Bruttoinlandprodukts Italiens und zahlt sehr viel mehr Steuern als sie vom Zentralstaat an Mitteln zurückbekommt.

Dietmar Moews meint: Neben allen Propaganda- und Vorurteilserziehungen sind Staatseinheitlichkeit und Loyalität immer auch relativ statische, stabile Traditionen. Insofern hat die Republik Italien vor Allem auf FAIRNESS und KOMMUNIKATION zu achten, wenn es um den Gemeinschaftsgeist geht, der konkret „kostet“. Es gehören also faire Anerkennung, Lob und Dankeszeichen dazu, echte Transfers und Leistungen anzuerkennen.

Wer solche Referenden dazu benutzt, Unzufriedenheit anzustacheln und Zersetzung zu inszenieren, kann durchaus kurzfristige Zustimmung erregen, doch der Blick aufs Ganze wird diese „Mode der DEKONSTRUKTION“ leicht überführen. Wer BREXIT macht, muss BREXIT bezahlen. Wer KATALONIEN heraustrennt, wird EX-EU-KATALONIEN bezahlen müssen.

Sportchef Jörg Schmadtke, vom 1. FC Köln, hat heute nachmittag, Montag, 23. Oktober 2017, seine verantwortliche Rolle aufgegeben. Vorstand und Schmadtke gaben ihre einvernehmliche sofortige Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses bekannt. Man löst damit einen geltenden Vertrag bis 2023, ohne gegenseitige Ansprüche, auf.

Ich kenne keine aktuellen internen Besonderheiten bei der sportlichen Leitung der Profi-Fußball-Abteilung des Erstliga-Vereins 1. FC Köln, als es die inferiore Sportleistung und der letzte Tabellenplatz äußerlich ausdrücken, um die Relevanz dieser Demission Schmadtkes einschätzen zu können.

Bis jetzt war der neue 1. FC Köln, durch und mit Schmadtke anders, nämlich besser und beschlagener aufgestellt, als in den Jahrzehnten zuvor, wo wirklich viele hervorragende Fußballer, Trainer und Fachkräfte engagiert wurden und dann immer wieder gehen mussten, bevor sich maßgebliches verbessert hatte. Mit Jörg Schmadtke war das völlig anders. Schmadtkes Kompetenz brachte ihm den nötigen Respekt, die sportpolitische Leitung des 1. FC Köln in Grundzügen, durch Personalentscheidungen, aus der Dauermisere herauszuholen. Außerdem und gleichzeitig brachte Schmadtkes Leitung mehr als einen Silberstreif am Überschuldungshorizont. Alles in Allem war Schmadtke ein Vereins-Heilsbringer.

Jetzt ist er weg und der 1. FC Köln wird weiterspielen. Man muss sagen, sie haben enormen Kampfgeist und Kampfmoral gezeigt, die Mannschaft hat vielfältig gut gearbeitet und vielfach wirklich Pech gehabt, doch – schlechter geht es kaum, jetzt ohne Schmadtke.

Trainer Peter Stöger und die weiteren Vereinsentscheider werden jetzt unverzüglich und konkret handeln müssen.

Dietmar Moews meint: Für Kölner sind EFFZEH und Karneval wie auch Kölsch, Köbes und Rhein, Dom und Groß Sankt Martin unanfechtbar geachtet und feiernswert.

Trainer Stöger ist tüchtig genug, seinen Kader vorzubereiten. Nur die Einzelkönner, die definitiv fehlen, müssen jetzt hergeholt werden.

Sobald man durchgerechnet hat, dass der Klassenerhalt soundsoviel kosten darf – respektive Abstieg und Wiederaufstieg soundsoviel kosten würden, wird die Vereinsleitung investieren müssen..

Es werden Kölner Berater wissen, welche Stürmer passen könnten.

Tatsache ist, dass Schmadtke der Entscheider war, wie der Profi-Kader auf die Saison 2017/18 zusammenzustellen ist, um wettbewerbsfähig zu sein.

Wie man den hochbegabten TIMO HORN gehalten hat, hätte der 1. FC Köln seine Akquise für diese Saison auf eindeutige Stärkung der Spielerqualität einstellen müsste, Heute sieht es so aus, als habe Sportchef Schmadtke ein halbes Jahr lang gepennt und mit dem Verkaufstheater von Stürmer Modeste abgeärgert zu haben, der nicht wirklich der ultimative Spieler in dieser Equipe war.

Dass der in Entschuldung und Sanierung fortschreitende 1. FC Köln, seinen Ehrenamtlichen „Chefs“ inzwischen erhebliche Monatsentgelte bewilligt hat, liegt nicht so überzeugend auf der Schmadtke-Sanierungslinie.

Was akut fehlt, sind Spitzenköpfe, die von den Mitspielern sportlich bewundert werden. Ohne eine sozialpsychologische Führungsrolle eines (Effenberg oder Matthäus oder Heinz Flohe oder Overath geht es nicht). Die heutige erste Auswahl besteht aus lauter entweder Mitspielern oder aus spielerisch nicht überragenden Meisterspielern. Noch ein Patrick Helmes war, verletzt und langsamer geworden, immer ein anspielbarer ballsicherer Halbstürmer mit Schuss und Eigensinn – man möchte die mimetischen Fähigkeiten von Verteidiger Jonas Hektor gar nicht in einer Mittelfeld-Schlüsselposition sehen. Jeder sieht, dass es sportlich nicht reichen kann, die erste Liga zu halten.

Was der 1. FC Köln jetzt unverzüglich tun wird, wird Aufschlüsse zu den unausgesprochenen Meinungsverschiedenheiten in der sportlichen Leitung offenbaren. Es kann eigentlich nur um Finanzen und Schulden gehen. Wir sehen jede Woche Zweitliga- und Drittligastürmer, die als Legionäre gelernt haben, in fremder Umgebung den Doppelpass und die Eins-Zu-Eins-Situation oder das Abwehrsystem mitzulaufen – da muss man jetzt ran.

Anfang der 1960er wanderte die Familie Young von Schottland nach Australien aus. In Sydney wurde George Young Mitglied der erfolgreichsten australischen Band der 1960er, The Easybeats. Auf die momentan günstigen Zustimmungswerte für die rechte Partei des regierenden Shinzo Abe hat die Regierung die Parlamentswahlen vorgezogen – und wurde erfolgreich bestätigt.

Nicht zuletzt die von aller Welt bewunderte japanische Hochkunst sowie der Breitenkunst, auch der speziellen japanischen Ernährung und Zubereitungsformen, die ganz eigenartige Musik mit japanischen Instrumenten, nicht zuletzt die Seiden, die leichten Wohngebäude, die Tatami-Grasmatten und Baumwoll-Futons, die Teezeremonie als „Salonritual“.

Die Japaner in Japan hat vielfältige Eigenarten. Sie sind ausreichend selbstwusst und deshalb politisch immer offen, Fremdes zu adaptieren, wenn dahinter Lebensbejahung steht.

Europa wird in allen Regionen von einer sehr gewichtigen Vergangenheit herangetragen und knirscht unter der Last, damit in eine globalisierende Zukunft herauszukommen.
.
Nimmt man die Globalisierung als unumgängliche Tatsache, allein, weil die IT-Technologie jede wichtige Wirtschaftsfrage überwölbt, können folglich die kleinen europäischen Regionen nicht für sich bescheiden ihren Frieden machen, sondern müssen sich politisch mit anderen Europäern zusammenorganisieren.
.
Europas Regionen organisieren seit Jahrhunderten gewaltsame Konflikte. Die Harmonisierungen scheitern an allen möglichen Konkurrenzen, rassisch, sprachlich, religiös, militärisch, nach Dominanz und auch wegen zu schwacher Kollektivintelligenz für Recht und Fairness.
.
Die großen Kriege des Zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts, die die europäischen Kriegsparteien nicht in einfachem Zueinander alliieren ließen, sondern jeweils längs geteilt, nämlich jede Region eine feindschaftliche rechte „exklusive“ Nationalismusfraktion neben einer feindschaftlichen eher linken „inkludierenden“ Gruppe der Aushandlungs-Vertragspolitik.

Das wurde nur unter den Deutschen der 1930er Jahre eindeutig totalitär zugunsten der Nationalsozialisten, unter Vernichtung aller anderen, ausgeprägt.
.
Ansonsten hatte jede Region ihren Metaxa (Griechenland), Mussolini (Italien), Franco (Spanien), Pétain (Vichy-Frankreich) oder Mosley (Britannien) sowie ihre Traditionalisten, ihre Christen, ihre Liberalen und ihre Sozialisten, die abwechselnd untereinander um die Machtpositionen kämpften.

BREXIT ist nunmehr eine „natürliche“ Variante dieses Wechselspiels, mal als nationalistische Exklusivität, mal einer europäischen Verbündelung zugeneigt. Immer stehen dabei die Selbstbestimmung und die Politik der Vorteile und Sicherheit gegen Nachteile (auf dem Weltmarkt) und Risiko auf dem Spiel.

Großbritannien hat aus ziemlich verschrobenen Machtgeplänkeln zwischen Tories, Labour und der neuen Rechtspartei UKIP heraus, eine Art Volksabstimmung außerhalb der Parlamentswahlen durchgeführt und für den Austritt (Exit) aus der Europäischen Gemeinschaft (EU) knapp mehrheitlich votiert.
.
Hauptsächlich die britischen Parteien in LONDON fanden Bevormundung, Kosten und Unselbständigkeit gegenüber einer EU-KOMMANDANTUR in Brüssel und verschiedenen Scherzartikeln, wie das EU-Parlament in Strasbourg, die EURO-Zentralbank in Frankfurt a. M., den Europäischen Gerichtshof EuGH in Luxemburg usw. einfach lästig und dumm (Boris Johnson hat – in Brüssel und dann als Londoner Bürgermeister, jetzt als Tory-Außenminister – darüber zehn Jahre lang Witze gemacht).

Es ist den Briten, mit eigenen Atombomben, komisch, sich einerseits als NATO-Staat einer NATO-Führung anheimzustellen. Dazu aber, nun noch einer EU-Verteidigungsgemeinschaft anzugehören, passte London nicht.
.
Es wurde also der BREXIT = British Exit schriftlich in Brüssel eingereicht und damit läuft eine Frist, innerhalb derer die EU und Britannien ihre Europäische Gemeinschaft organisatorisch und regulativ dividieren müssen.
.
Das reicht von Gemeinschafts-Finanzaufgaben, wie Frei- oder Außenhandel und Freiheit der EU-Bürger ihrer Wohnsitzwahl und des gemeinsamen Arbeits- und Sozialrechts – wer zahlt wem später die Rente? wer wählt wo? wer bestimmt Form und Stil des gesellschaftlichen Handelns und des historischen Selbst- und Bildungsbewusstseins?

Dietmar Moews meint: Die Europäische Union hat bis heute keine geltende gemeinsame Verfassung. Man lebt nach wie vor nach den jeweils eigenen nationalen Verfassungen, dazu vorläufige Lissabon- und Maastrichtvereinbarungen. Die EU hat aber viele Vereinheitlichungen und viele Transfer-Felder eröffnet, wodurch die schlecht geführten EU-Staaten subventioniert und gepäppelt werden, die prosperierenden dagegen die Kosten transferieren müssen.
.
Dabei gilt nach wie vor „One Man One Vote“ für alle EU-Vollmitglieder-Staaten, egal wie groß oder klein, wie stark oder schwach, fortschrittlich oder rückständig der einzelne Staat ist. Plausibel ist bei dieser Union der Rechtsgleichheit, dass in den freien kulturellen Spielräumen das Selbstdesign herrschen kann. Das geht aber nur, wenn immer auf Fairness und das Recht der Anderen auf Anderssein geachtet wird. Und das klappt mit den Neumitgliedern der EU überhaupt nicht annähernd, wie die freundschaftliche Zusammenarbeit der fünf EG-Gründerstaaten zusammenklang.
.
Wir sehen bei den jungen osteuropäischen EU-Staaten, Polen, Tschechien, Slowakei, Ungarn – die Bildung einer EU-Pressuregroup „Visegrád“, genannt nach dem 40 km nördlich von Budapest in Ungarn gelegene Gründungsstadt, die rechte, nationalistische Regierungsideen verfolgen. Diese ehemaligen Warschauer Pakt-Staaten haben dabei die Gründungsideen der Europäischen Gemeinschaft nicht gelernt, die die Aufklärung und Werte der Französischen Revolution, wie Freiheit, Gleichheit, Brüderlichkeit, und in deren Folge in Demokratie, Rechtsstaatlichkeit und Solidarität bestanden, Jetzt sagen gerade diese Visegrád dem EU-Geist geradezu konfligär ab.

Gleichzeitig verschlechtern sich Wirtschaftsdaten und Handelsbilanzen der britischen Ökonomie und Unternehmen entzerren ihre EU-Standorte, weg vom BREXIT-Staat, hin in die fortdauernde EU.

Das wird den britischen Arbeitsmarkt belasten, das wird Stagflation und internationalen Kaufkraftverlust des Britischen Pfunds mit sich bringen – und es wird, wenn der Stichtag 2019 erreicht sein wird, zu harten Einschnitten kommen, für Alles und jedes, was bis jetzt in der Union gar keine Begrenzungen kannte.

In der Zwischenzeit wird es erneut Wahlen in den Staaten des Vereinigten Königsreichs Großbritannien geben, in London, in Wales, in Nordirland, in Scotland – und es herrscht ziemliches Gedränge auf die aktuelle Premierministerin der Torys, Theresa May, die letztlich für Alles verantwortlich gemacht werden kann. Während Theresa May bekanntlich eingangs für REMAIN und nicht für EXIT gekämpft hatte.

In Tschechien wird heute, 20. und morgen 21. Oktober 2017, ein neues Parlament gewählt.
.
Die Vorhersagen haben eine junge, neue Partei, die ANO2011, und einen hemdsärmligen Wildwestkapitalisten, den ANO-Parteioligarchen Andrej Babis, als kommenden Wahlsieger angekündigt.
.
In einer letzten Umfrage vor der Wahl liegt ANO bei 25 Prozent.
.
Die Sozialdemokraten (CSSD) – der Wahlsieger 2013 – kämen laut der Agentur Median nur noch auf 12,5 Prozent. Sie treten nicht mehr mit Regierungschef Bohuslav Sobotka an, sondern mit Außenminister Lubomir Zaoralek. Zaoralek kämpft mit einem dezidiert linken Programm angesichts der brummenden Wirtschaft für ein „Ende der Billigarbeit“.

Die Kommunisten folgen mit vorausgesagten 10,5 Prozent.
.
Auf Platz vier wird die rechtspopulistische Bewegung des japanisch-tschechischen Politikers Tomio Okamura „Freiheit und direkte Demokratie (SPD)“
.
Darauf folgt als fünfte das bürgerliche Lager mit ODS, TOP09 und den Christdemokraten.
.
Als achte rechnet man erstmalig mit den Piraten.
.
Tschechiens Arbeitslosenquote liegt aktuell nur bei 3,8 Prozent, das Wirtschaftswachstum dürfte von 2,6 Prozent 2016 auf 3,1 Prozent in diesem Jahr klettern. Vor allem die Autoindustrie und Exporte in die EU tragen dazu bei.

BILD.de berichtet am 20. Oktober 2017 über die Wahl in Tschechien:

„… Der ANO-Chef Andrej Babis hat angeblich ein Vermögen von vier bis fünf Milliarden Euro. Er hat es damit zum zweitreichsten Bürger der Tschechischen Republik gebracht. Und flog als Finanzminister aus der Regierung, weil die Staatsanwaltschaft wegen möglicher Finanzdelikte gegen ihn ermittelt. Von Skandalen lässt sich Andrej Babis mit dem XXL-Ego jedoch nicht aufhalten. Schon deshalb ziehen manche einen Vergleich zu Italiens Skandalnudel Silvio Berlusconi, der als verurteilter Steuerbetrüger gerade an seinem Politik-Comeback arbeitet. Andere nennen Babis gleich den „Trump von Prag“. Wobei das Vermögen von Babis größer sein soll.

Jetzt will der Mann mit seiner Bewegung „Aktion unzufriedener Bürger“ (ANO) in Prag an die Macht. Und liegt laut allen Umfrageinstituten klar in Führung.

Das „Ja“ wird bei Andrej Babis großgeschrieben – zumindest im Namenskürzel seiner Partei ANO. „Ano“ bedeutet auf Deutsch „Ja“.
.
Doch eigentlich sagt der Unternehmer (Agrar- und Lebensmittelbranche, Medien) zu vielem „žádný“, also „nein“: zu Flüchtlingen etwa, und zum Euro, den bislang nur der einstige Bruderstaat, die Slowakei, eingeführt hat.
.
„Ich kritisiere alle“, sagte Babis kurz vor den Wahlen am Freitag und Samstag, für die er sich am Donnerstagabend noch in einem erbitterten TV-Duell stellte. Sein sozialdemokratischer Rivale Lubomír Zaorálek nannte ihn „ein Raubtier, das seine Konkurrenten liquidiert“.
.
Dort drückt Andrej Babis den Menschen sein Buch in die Hand. „Nehmen Sie das, ich habe zwei Jahre daran gearbeitet.“ Der Titel: „Wovon ich träume, wenn ich ausnahmsweise schlafe“. Versprochen wird darin viel: kostenloses Internet für alle, Hochgeschwindigkeitszüge zwischen allen großen Städten, saubere Luft und ein schlanker Staat.

Babis gibt sich als Macher, laut seinem Image 25 Stunden am Tag. Für den Glamour-Faktor sorgt seine Frau Monika (43), mit der er zwei Kinder hat. Sie betreut auch den Treuhandfonds, in den er sein privates Vermögen überführt hat. Die beiden heirateten nach mehr als 20 Jahren Beziehung erst im Sommer 2017.

Vor fünf Jahren erst hat der Unternehmer die liberale Protestpartei ANO gegründet.
.
Viele hatten gehofft, ein Unternehmer wie Babis mit Firmen in Deutschland und einem Ferienhaus in Frankreich wäre proeuropäisch gesinnt. Doch den Euro lehnt Babis ab, er will die tschechische Krone behalten: „Natürlich wäre es für die Unternehmen gut, denn sie müssten nichts absichern und hätten einen sicheren Kurs. Aber für den Staat wäre es nicht gut.“
.
Was beruhigt: Für einen EU-Austritt, auch „Czexit“ genannt, sei er „mit Sicherheit nicht“. Dennoch heizt er die Unzufriedenheit im Land bezüglich der EU gezielt an. Zwei Drittel der Tschechen sind laut Umfragen inzwischen der Meinung, dass Entscheidungen Brüssels nicht im Interesse ihres Landes seien.
.
Von Solidarität in der Flüchtlingskrise will Babis nichts wissen. Er sei für einen Stopp illegaler Migration, sagt er. Europa sei unfähig, das Problem zu lösen. „Unsere Firmen wollen Ukrainer und Slowaken, aber nicht die Migranten, die uns Europa aufnötigt.“ Die Sozialleistungen würde er am liebsten noch weiter kürzen. „Die Parasiten trennen von denjenigen, die arbeiten“ nennt er das.
.
Babis’ Verhältnis zu Berlin ist gespalten. Er bewundert den scheidenden Bundesfinanzminister Wolfgang Schäuble wegen dessen Sparpolitik: „Das ist der beste Politiker, den ich in meinem Leben getroffen habe.“ Kanzlerin Angela Merkel hält er hingegen bis heute vor, die Flüchtlinge „eingeladen“ zu haben.

Anhaltende Affären haben Babis, zugleich Besitzer der auflagenstarken Zeitungen „MF Dnes“ und „Lidove noviny“, kaum geschadet: Das Parlament hat seine Immunität aufgehoben. Die Polizei beschuldigt ihn, bei EU-Subventionen betrogen zu haben. Es geht um zwei Millionen Euro. Die EU-Subventionen flossen in das Urlaubs- und Erholungsressort „Storchennest“, das bis Anfang 2008 zum Babis-Unternehmen Agrofert gehörte.

Wegen fragwürdiger Steuerpraktiken wurde Babis im Mai als Finanzminister entlassen.

Dietmar Moews meint: Wir müssen uns darin einüben, unter dem Begriff POPULISMUS ganz schlicht die quantitative Statistik zu erkennen, die dann als MAJORITÄT und darauf im nächsten Schritt zu dem schicken Wort DEMOKRATIE hingedacht werden kann.

Oder – von der anderen praktischen Seite her gedacht – der US-Amerikaner DONALD TRUMP wurde ohne kriminelle Manipulation der Wahlvorgänge demokratisch zum US-Präsident gewählt.
.
Und das hat er Mehrheit der US-Wähler, die TRUMP gewählt hatten, am Tage des Wahlsieges sehr gut gefallen.
.
Das wird jetzt von allen bezahlt. Wobei beim Hin- und Herschieben der TRUMP-Kosten doch mal auffallen wird, wer alles zahlen müssen wird. Ob allerdings der russische Kredit-Milliardär Donald Trump selbst auch zahlen wird, wissen wir nicht.
.
Der Wahlausgang in Tschechien wird die rechte Exklusivität als nationalistische Vorstellung bei einem erheblichen Kreis der EU-Staaten verstärken. Aber das kann wohl nicht anders über das Wahlergebnis der österreichischen Parlamentswahl zugunsten von KURZ und FPÖ. Und nicht anders ist es bei der deutschen Bundestagswahl am 24. September 2017 gegangen, mit AfD, mit FDP und mit dem Wählerdruck auf CDU und CSU.

Jeder versteht, was es heißt, wenn der zurückgetretene Stanislav Tillich, CDU-Ministerpräsident von Sachsen, erklärte:

„Wir wissen, was die sächsischen Wähler von der CDU erwarten„.
.
Die Wähler wissen, ob sie Marine le Pen lieber gehabt hätten. Und wie erwartungsfroh nun der Le Pen-Besieger Emmanuelle Macron mit seinen EU-Reform-Ideen anregen möchte (wir wissen nicht, ob Sachsen bald den EU-Austritt beantragt?)
