Die ersten veröffentlichten Hochrechnungen, die nach Schluss der Wahl veröffentlicht werden und heute, am 15. Oktober 2017, bekannt gemacht wurden sind stets KEINE AUSZÄHLUNG der WAHLZETTEL, sondern Wählerbefragungen von freiwilligen Wählern, nach Verlassen des Wahllokals (für deren Ehrlichkeit man nichts geben kann).

SPD über 36,9 Prozent (Ministerpräsident Stephan Weil),

GRÜNE knapp 8,7 Prozent (Regierungs-Koalitionspartner, Frau Anja Piel),

CDU über 33,6 Prozent (Oppositionsspitzenkandidat Bernd Althusmann),

FDP (Stefan Birkner) über 7,5 Prozent

AfD (Frau Guth) über 6,2 Prozent

LINKE (Anja Stoeck) klar unter 4,6 Prozent

Würdigung dieses vorläufigen amtlichen Endergebnis‘ muss so lauten:

EINS Die niedersächsischen Wähler, die seit Gründung des Landes Niedersachsen, nach 1949, stets im demokratisch-kapitalistischen Wirtschafts- und Staatskonzept der westlichen Kriegsgewinner (GENERALKLAUSEL über Nichtsouveränität) stets für die großkapitalistischen INTERESSEN und die Parteien der StaMoKap-Politik gestimmt haben, gaben auch heute erneut der Herrschaft der kleinbürgerlichen Fleischtöpfe und der übernationalen PROFIT-INTERESSEN ihre Wahlstimmen.

In der einfachen Addition kommen die „Blockparteien“ der INTERESSEN auf über 90 Prozent Zustimmung. Nur die LINKSPARTEI, die mit unter 5 Prozent den Sprung ins Landesparlament nicht schaffte, bildet – zumindest taktisch – eine OPPOSITION zu den Blockparteien. Das müssen die LINKEN nun erneut als APO versuchen.

ZWEI Blickt man auf den Kampf um die FLEISCHTÖPFE zwischen SPD und CDU in Niedersachsen, so haben wiederum aktuelle Umfragen ergeben, dass der Ministerpräsident Stephan Weil die größte Zustimmung hat. Dazu sind etwa 33 Prozent für eine (rechnerisch nicht mögliche) erneute SPD-GRÜNE-Regierung – das böte sich möglicherweile als SPD-Weil-Minderheitsregierung für Niedersachsen an; alle anderen rechnerischen Optionen werden überwiegend abgelehnt – so die naheliegende Grosse Koalition von SPD 37 mit CDU 34 Prozent.

Andere rechnerische Regierungsmehrheiten können in der augenblicklichen Parteienlandschaft zunächst erhebliche Folgeschwierigkeiten machen.

Selbst, wenn die CDU-FDP-Grüne (sogenannte Jamaika-Koalition) eine Eselsbrücke zu den kommenden Bundesregierungs-Koalitions-Erwägungen darstellt. Wo CDU-Merkel ebenfalls mit FDP und GRÜNEN oder mit einer erneuten CDU/CSU-SPD Grosse Koalition rechnerische Möglichkeiten vorfindet.

Schließlich hat heute die SPD ja aus der Minderheit und Verlust einer Stimme zur Regierungsmehrheit tendenziell eine Stärkung, auf Kosten der Grünen, seitens der Wähler erhalten.

Die endgültigen Auszählungen sind zunächst noch abzuwarten.

Zumindest hat sich in der Bundesrepublik stets eine Art Balance zwischen Bundestag und Bundesrat ergeben. Meist erhielt eine CDU-geführte Bundesregierung SPD-Landtagswahlsiege (mit Zeitverzug) zur Antwort von den Wählern. Ebenso bei SPD-Kanzlern die CDU und CSU bei Bundeslandtagswahlen hinzugewannen. So kam tendenziell stets ein sinnvolles Machtspiel zwischen Bundestag und Bundesrat zustande.

So ist es auch heute in Hannover, wenn man diese Landtagswahl als Antwort auf den CDU/CSU-Sieg bei der Bundestagswahl am 24. September 2017 ansieht.

Ob VW-Betrug oder ATOM-Dreck – Niedersachsen wird bestenfalls eine Steigerung der GÜLLE-Mengen im Grundwasser sowie die Salonpersonnage der SPD als Kunstpolitik eingeschenkt bekommen.
