Donnerstag, 29. November 2018, begannen die Nachrichten erneut mit der GROSS-RAZZIA bei der DEUTSCHEN BANK, in Frankfurt am Main sowie in zwei weiteren Standorten nahe Frankfurt.

Es werden zwei Manager beschuldigt, gravierende kriminellen Geschäfte im Namen der Deutschen Bank betrieben zu haben. Die Razzia filzt sämtliche Geschäfts-Dokumente. Es wurden angeblich 170 Fahnder der Finanz-Fahnder, der Kriminalpolizei und der Bundespolizei eingesetzt.

Staatsanwälte und Steuerfahnder haben wieder einmal Geschäftsräume der Deutschen Bank durchsucht. Der Grund dieses Mal: Verdacht auf Geldwäsche. Mitarbeiter sollen Kunden dabei geholfen haben, unter anderem Gelder aus Straftaten zu waschen. Sollte sich der Verdacht erhärten, würde das den Konzern in seiner Umbauphase zurückwerfen.

An sechs Gebäuden der Deutschen Bank, in Eschborn, Frankfurt am Main und in Groß-Umstadt erfolgte die Aktion, sie war also sehr groß angelegt. Zwei Mitarbeiter stehen im Fokus sagt die Staatsanwaltschaft. Sie hätten Kunden geholfen, in Steueroasen, auch Offshore-Zentren genannt, Gesellschaften gegründet oder dabei geholfen zu haben, Gesellschaften zu gründen. Besserwisserei ist es nicht, wenn heute der ehemalige Deutsche Bank-Vorstand Josef Ackermann eine Strafanklage erwarten darf. Wenn die derzeitigen Vorstände Jain und Fitschen Strafanklagen erwarten müssen.

Und – das ist die Zauberformel – in den großen Auseinandersetzungen mit der internationalen (us-amerikanischen) Bankenaufsicht nunmehr die Deutsche Bank Milliardenstrafen, im Sinne eines Vergleichs, sich bereit erklärt hat, zu zahlen. Wobei in den Verhandlungen Entscheider aus dem Management sowie Ex-Vorstände der Deutschen Bank sich gegenseitig beschuldigt haben.

Indem sich diese Peanuts gegenseitig mit harten Beweisen beschuldigen, sind Straftaten im Bankgeschäft gerichtsfest geworden, die bislang immer im Schweigen und im Risikogeschäft verschwammen. So hatte ich schon in Lichtgeschwindigkeit 4776, am Mittwoch, 13. August 2014.

Einst war die CEBIT in Hannover die weltweit größte IT-Messe – nun wird sie nach 32 Jahren bereits im nächsten Jahr eingestellt. Ein Grund dafür ist, dass die Digitalisierung inzwischen bei fast allen Fachmessen das beherrschende Thema ist.

Messe-Sprecher Onuora Ogbukagu: „Mit Blick auf die Besucherzahlen muss man sagen, dass wir beobachten, dass sich die Besucher zunehmend auf Fachmessen informieren, wenn sie sich über die Digitalisierung ihrer Branche informieren. Das heißt wenn sie aus der Industrie kommen und wissen wollen, wie sie ihre Fabrik digitalisieren wollen, dann gehen sie eher auf eine Hannover Messe als auf eine Cebit und das gilt für andere Branchen auch. Und jetzt ist die Situation so, dass wir gesagt haben, die nächste Cebit ist nicht mehr profitabel auszurichten.“

Der Festivalcharakter hat die CeBit-Messe nicht gerettet. Dabei hatten die Veranstalter das Konzept in diesem Jahr radikal verändert, um die Cebit zukunftsfähig zu machen. Popkonzerte, ein Riesenrad und eine künstliche Surfwelle sollten der IT-Messe einen Festivalcharacter verleihen und neue Zielgruppen anlocken. Es kamen rund 116.000 Besucher.

Dietmar Moews meint: Bei aller Liebe (als quasi Hannoveraner) – so geht es bei professionellem Marktgeschehen wirklich nicht gut.

Und der DLF-Text ist auch irreführend: Was soll denn da der völlige FEHLSCHLUSS – „weil IT und Digitalisierung inzwischen überall auf Fachmessen vertreten“ sei, läge darin der Grund für den Niedergang der CeBit.

Das Gegenteil ist die markt- und wettbewerbswirtschaftliche Erfahrung: Je mehr Wettbewerb, desto mehr Betrieb, desto mehr Konjunktur. Und – dabei haben zunächst immer die Platzhirsche die Marktmacht.

Warum verschleiert die CeBit-Führung die Analyse des Niederganges?
.
Welche Fehler wurden gemacht, setzt man voraus, dass die CeBit weiterhin das Aushängeschild der Deutschen Messe AG Hannover-Laatzen sein wollte?
.
Da die CeBit aus der großen weltmarktgeltenden HANNOVER-MESSE abgezweigt wurde, einfach, weil die große Industriemesse und das neue Feld der Digitalisierung rasant wuchs, gewann Hannover dadurch eine der ersten Adressen als IT-Messe.
.
.
CeBit entfaltete die die gesamte Wirtschaft, Produktion, Konsumtion, Distribution wie auch Vertriebswege und Kommunikation und brachte die IT mitsamt allen Software-Felder wie auch den Hardware-Entwicklungen wie auch allen Netzwerk-Neuigkeiten, dazu sowohl die zivile Freizeit- und Kommunikationsnutzung der Kulturindustrie und Medien wie auch die industriellen Wirtschaftspraktiken zu Automatisierung und Kybernetikentwicklungen, bis heute zur sogenannten 4.0-Produktion. Der Hauptentwicklungszweig als MILITÄR-Technologie brachte in kürzester Zeit die Schwerpunkte der Cyber War, des Virtuellen, der IT-Sabotage, der Drohnen und Hackertechniken, Malware und Desinformation.

Alle diese einzelnen Sachgebiete und Finanzquellen brachten bald neue Spezialmessen hervor, die auf die sehr verschiedenen Finanzquellen Bezug nahmen,
Privat- , Zivil- und Freizeitkunden,
Massenmedien und Kulturindustrie
staatliche Budgets
insbesondere Militär- und Rüstungswirtschaft,
die industrielle Wirtschaft
.
Der Weltmarkt der Messebetreiber entwickelt sich ständig weiter. Einerseits gab es ursprünglich weltweit gefragte MESSE-STANDORTE (z. B. M M, die berühmte deutsche Mustermesse von Leipzig, vor dem Nazi-Weltkrieg), wie auch privatwirtschaftliche Wandermessen-Veranstalter, die alljährlich wiederkehrten, aber die Veranstaltungsorte wechseln konnten, je nachdem, wo sie sich günstig für einen Messezeitraum einmieten konnte.
.
Inzwischen werden die meisten Ambitionen und Zwecksetzungen von Messen, betreffs Information, Kundenbindung und Innovation, durch elektronische Echtzeitmedien enorm preisgünstiger bereitgestellt. Das Internetz und die 24-stündige Online-Präsenz hat das Kommunikationswesen erheblich verändert.
.
Messekunden kommen zu anderen Kommunikations- und Marketingkosten, wenn sie weite Teile der Messeinhalte virtuell und nicht länger analog bestreiten. Ebenso wurden weltweit Ableger und Filialmessen aufgebaut – eine der ersten war die Kölner Photokina, die seit den 1990er Jahren auch in China firmierte, Shanghai, Hongkong wurden teilweise Marktführer, weil letztlich die Auftragsbücher und die Kaufkraft maßgeblich sind.

Und damit hat man in Hannover bei der DEUTSCHEN MESSE AG zu wenig verstanden, was in der IT-Revolution der DIGITALISIERUNG als Innovations- und Marketing-Thema geschuldet wurde. Andere machten es erfolgreich vor – von der Games Com zu Robotikmessen, Medizin-Prozessoren, selbst die IAA in Frankfurt wurde über die Mikroprozessoren in der neuen Automobilelektrik zu einer völlig umstrukturierten Auslegung, bis hin zu den telematischen Elektro-Autos.

Was Hannovers CeBit-Agenten nicht geleistet haben, ar die besonders enge Betreuung der alten Bestandskunden, die allesamt in ihren eigenen Produkt- und Produktionsprofilen teils zu revolutionären Veränderungen gezwungen worden sind oder vom Markt verschwanden. Allein die Absagen an die CeBit, im Jahr 2019 nicht mehr nach Hannover kommen zu wollen, weil die Auftragsbücher zu dünn geworden waren, hätten die hannoverschen Messemacher aufwecken müssen.

Stattdessen kam es zu diesem Unsinn mit dem Festival 2018 – CeBit als Freizeit-Event. (Man hätte lieber mal bei DISNEY nachfragen sollen, wie die die Attraktivität ihrer DISNEYLAND und DISNEYWORLD mit den neuen digitalen und virtuellen Effekten umgestaltet haben).
.
In CeBit hat nicht der Fortschritt und der Wandel den Niedergang bewirkt, sondern die mangelhafte ständige Herausforderung, die wirklichen Ressourcen zu erkennen und in engster Bindung an die Wirtschaft ein Messeangebot anzubieten, dass für jedes Marketingfeld unerlässlich ist, teilzunehmen, anstatt zuhause zu bleiben oder wo anders hinzubuchen.

Betrachtet man die mobilen Messeveranstalter, wie Reed, die täglich wachsam um ihre Platzvorteile kämpfen und kommunzieren müssen, dann ist dieser Leistungskampf mit einer halbstaatlichen Personnage, wie bei der DEUTSCHEN MESSE AG, nicht zu gewinnen.

Man muss befürchten, dass die Verantwortlichen, die jetzt die CeBit in die alljährliche Hannover Industriemesse zurückholen, den Schuß nicht gehört haben. Was dazu die Aktionäre – auch die Staatlichen – sagen, ist ebenfalls beachtlich. Der Niedersächsische SPD-Ministerpräsident Stephan Weil hat heute bereits gesagt:

Och, das ist ja wirklich schade. Das wird auch Hannover und ganz Niedersachsen um einen Reiz ärmer machen.

Da wird vorgezählt, wie viele Notleidende, die wegen Organinsuffizienz gestorben sind, eventuell noch leben könnten, hätte man ein SPENDE-ORGAN implantieren können.

Es werden auch Zahlen behauptet, wie viele der verschiedenen ORGANE aktuell gebraucht und gesucht werden.

Da wird vorgerechnet, dass in Deutschland eine vergleichsweise geringe SPENDE-Bereitschaft herrscht – man unterstellt dabei Vergleichsländer, die mehr Organtransplantationen durchführen.

Dabei wird vorgetäuscht, das ORGAN SPENDE und ORGAN EMPFANG ein nationalistischer Vorgang ist und nicht ein kommerzieller.

Die Behauptung, das neue SPENDE-MODELL brächte (aus Vergleichserfahrungen mit anderen Staaten) eine höhere SPENDE-Bereitschaft – somit eine höhere Quote lebensrettender Implantierungen – gibt meiner klaren ABLEHNUNG des JENS-SPAHN-MODELLS die entscheidenen Motive.

Dietmar Moews meint: Ich habe heute das Recht meine Spendebereitsschaft generell bzw. auch konkret auf eine Empfängerperson festzulegende ORGAN-Verfügung notariell gültig zu bestimmen.

Ich laufe nach der heute gültigen Gesetzeslage zur ORGAN SPENDE nicht Gefahr, dass im Falle einer mir spontan zugestoßenen Todesgefahr oder tödlichen Verletzung ein gesuchtes ORGAN fremdbestimmt entnommen wird.

Doch auch heute schon ergreifen ersatzweise durchaus Ärzte die Handlungsmacht, mit dem Vorbehalt, dass einerseits der zu erwartende Tod des Spenders und der Zeitdruck zur ORGAN ENTNAHME noch vor dem Tod, nicht erlauben, darauf zu warten, dass eine Stellvertreter-Vertrauens-Person oder Familienangehörige des Sterbenden der ORGAN ENTNAHME noch rechtzeitig zustimmen können.

Hier will man also mit dem neuen Gesetz jeden Wehrlosen ausweiden.
