Liebe Freunde, liebe Gäste,
im Zuge des Geigen-Meisterkurses von Savelij Shalman und Irina Chichina möchten wir Sie herzlich zu zwei besonderen Konzerten in die Alfred Schnittke Akademie einladen.
Am morgigen Samstag, 26.01. wird der 18-jährige Felix Gazzaev ein Solo-Konzert in unserem Haus geben. Preise, Stipendien und Festivals in Russland, Deutschland, Spanien und England prägen den Weg dieses Talentes. Er wird u.a. Stücke von Brahms, Ravel, Paganini aufführen. Konzertbeginn ist um 19:00 Uhr. Der Eintritt ist frei.
Am Sonntag, 27.01. werden die Teilnehmer*innen des Meisterkurses in einem diversen Programm in der Alfred Schnittke Akademie auftreten. Konzertbeginn ist um 17:00 Uhr. Auch hier ist der Eintritt frei.

Dietmar Moews meint: Wer Musiker ist und Musik liebt und dem es möglich ist, nach Hamburg-Altona (gegenüber des bekannten Museums) zu kommen, muss unbedingt die ALFRED SCHNITTKE AKADEMIE besuchen.

Die auf Vereinsebene gegründete Akademie hat in jeder Weise höchste Ansprüche der Musik, der Auswahl der Schüler und der Musikliteratur.

Alfred Schnittke war ein russischer Komponist, der vom Bolschewismus verfolgt war und sehr gelitten hat, während seine Musik von westlichen Musiker herausgehoben geschätzt und gespielt wurde. Die Akademie wurde in der Nachfolge dieser Ausstrahlung in Altona gegründet. Und hat sich in Jahrzehnten eine große Wertschätzung erworben.

Ich wünsche viel Spaß und gute Gespräche – denn Publikum und Gespräche sind die wesentlichen Kulturbedingungen im Musikerlebnis – nicht nur, dass inspiriert gespielt wird, sondern auch hingebungsvoll zugehört und – auch – kritisiert werden muss.

Die Alfred Schnittke-Akademie wurde von dem Sänger HOLGER LAMPSON (1951-2014) (klassischer Gesang und Gesangslehrer) gegründet. Sie pflegt neben der Ausbildung von Musikern besonders das Werk von Alfred Schnittke sowie ermöglicht jungen Musikern aus Russland die öffentliche Arbeit in Hamburg.

Inzwischen gibt es auch die Schnittke-Gesellschaft, die von dem Präsident der Hamburger Hochschule für Musik und Theater , ELMAR LAMPSON (Bruder des Gründers) sowie bedeutenden Musikpersönlichkeiten getragen wird, wie Elmar Lampson; Prof. Dr. Jörg Ostermeier; Prof. Dr. Wolf Schmid; Dr. Christian Storch; Georg Borchardt.
